Registration fee:
The fee for Agora is 5,000 USD.
Early-bird rate for payment made until September 15, 2009 is 4,000 USD.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your participation, you may nominate someone to attend in your place. The nominee must be of the same decision-making level in your organization and the substitution will be subject to approval by the organizing committee.

In the event of a cancellation made prior to:
- August 31, 2009, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded
- September 18, 2009, 40% of the registration fee will be refunded
No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 18, 2009.

The cost contribution fee does not cover travel and accommodation. Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and accommodation reservations at The Boulders by using the following link or by calling the Group Line at 888-318-4319 and referring to the Agora Group.
